I’ve served as a volunteer firefighter, worked in education and held a private pilot licence, which reinforces my respect for teams working under pressure and the importance of clear communication. I also bring over 20 years of experience in senior B2B/B2G Sales, Marketing, and Communications roles, and, latterly, over 10 years in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), public and school safety, aviation, and health. That background helps me write for high-stakes environments where precision and credibility matter.
